  2. Prices for our books are subject to change without notice.

3. Purchase and Payment

  1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  2. Payment: We accept payments via UPI, Bank Transfer, and other integrated payment methods. Your order will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
  3. Order Limit: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our books to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

4. Delivery and Shipping

  1. We aim to dispatch books within 2–3 business days.
  2. Delivery times may vary based on your location in Kerala or India. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors (e.g., weather, strikes).
  3. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation and Return Policy

  1. Final Sale: As stated in our policy, books are for reading. We do not accept returns if you are unhappy with the book’s content. Please read reviews before purchasing.
  2. Damaged Goods: Replacements are only provided for books damaged during transit or those with printing defects, provided you notify us within 48 hours with proof (unboxing video/photos).

6. Intellectual Property

  1. All content included on our platforms (logos, book summaries, graphics, and images) is the property of Bookmart Online (Signpark Communications and Books, Ulliyeri, Kozhikode) or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

7. Personal Information

  1. Your submission of personal information through the store (Name, Address, Phone Number) is governed by our Privacy Policy. We use this data strictly for order fulfillment and communication via WhatsApp/Email.

8. Governing Law

  1. These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, Kerala.
