Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Bookmart Onine, we strive to provide the best reading experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have outlined our policy below to make the process as clear as possible.


1. Can I return a book if I am not happy with it?

No. Because books are intended for reading, we do not accept returns based on personal preference or "change of mind."

  1. Our Advice: Before purchasing, we encourage you to read reviews from other readers or research the book's content to ensure it is the right choice for you. Once a book is sold, it is considered a final sale.

2. Order Cancellation

  1. Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as the book has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us via WhatsApp immediately with your Order ID.
  2. After Shipment: Once the book is with our courier partner, the order cannot be cancelled.

3. Damages or Defects

We only offer replacements or refunds in the following specific cases:

  1. The book arrived physically damaged during transit.
  2. The book has manufacturing defects (e.g., missing pages, incorrect binding).
  3. You received the wrong title by mistake.
  4. Note: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or unboxing video to claim a replacement.

4. Refunds

  1. Approved refunds for cancellations or damaged goods will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
